Refund policy

At PrezStitched, we stand behind the quality of our exclusive streetwear pieces. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or damaged products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a resolution. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

1. The product must be unworn, unused, and still have the original tags attached.
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect and include your order number when contacting us at info@prezstitched.com.

Once your claim is approved, you may receive a replacement product or a refund. In certain cases, we may request that the defective item be shipped back to us for further inspection.
